The process is as follows.

Application package emailed to schools in early August, application package will contain

• Application for excursion

• Programs overview

• Summary of program curriculum links with the Australian Curriculum 
  

• Excursion fees

Applications, excursion fees, program overviews and all other relevant documents are under our Support and resources tab.

Round 1: 6 October 2023

Applications for 2024 camps close – bookings are still available after this time but dates are subject to availability.

• Schools will need to select their program and nominate three preferred dates for camp.

• An approximate number of students will assist us with planning.

• Please submit a separate booking request for each camp you wish to book.

Booking confirmation: 27 October 2023

• Schools will receive booking confirmation, camp organisation booklet and program outline with their confirmation, by email.

Once you have booked

Camp check list

Before camp

• Student list – emailed to Barambah by the Friday morning before camp.

• Individual health plans – Copy emailed to Barambah by the Friday morning before camp.

• Room allocations - Emailed to Barambah by the Friday morning before camp.

On arrival

• Plant orders and money – Bring to camp and give to Danny in the office on arrival.
  

• Please be advised there are no Eftpos facilities at Barambah.

• Student medications – to be stored in Barambah office on arrival.

Please see send your detailed and comprehensive students list to us by at least the Friday before your camp.
