For nearly 50 years Barambah Environmental Education Centre has been a place of teaching, learning and sharing. Situated in Wratten’s Forest at the base of the Coastal Range behind Gympie and beside a flat creek, we offer place responsive pedagogy and a learning environment for students from K-12 and organised groups.
Our Walk-Talk-Connect model uses the Australian Curriculum and movement through wild spaces to foster connection to the land and each other, with an emphasis on wellbeing and environmental stewardship.
We connect people and place and learning and wellbeing.
