Mark Smith - Experienced Senior Teacher
I have been a member of the BEEC Team since 2008
and have been working when required (usually one or two days a fortnight). My
role as an Experienced Senior Teacher is to support students, parents and
teachers at camp by facilitating learning opportunities in the various programs
of the BEEC. Some of these activities include the Barambah Challenge, Bush
Tucker walks, Hut Building, Cultural/Indigenous activities and the Low Ropes
course.
I have been a HPE Teacher since
1995 and was the HPE Teacher at Murgon State School from 1998 -2017. I am
currently based at Cloyna State School and service a small schools circuit that
includes, Cloyna, Windera, During South and Monogorilby State Schools.
I feel
honoured to be a part of the dedicated and professional BEEC Team and look
forward to working at BEEC for many years to come.
