Our local wildlife are certainly out and about despite the hot weather.  Gary the goanna and friends can be located lying lazily around the centre, snakes of varying sizes and species have been silently slithering, the koala is sleeping peacefully throughout the day and even a firefly made an appearance last night. Dingoes have also been howling during the night and occasionally being spotted by staff on their way to work in the mornings!  We feel fortunate to be able to see so many wonderful Australian animals in their natural setting.
