Aspiring Leaders

This full day program has been tailored to equip year 5–8 students with the skills they need to fulfil leadership roles. It is based on the Barambah Leadership Hi-5:

• Have a clear goal or purpose.
• Communicate clearly.
• Make decisions and solve problems.
• Support your team.

It includes introductory activities, an overview of the Hi-5, multimedia presentation, rotations of group activities and opportunities for students to demonstrate communication skills.  All students receive a Hi-5 sticker and teachers receive a Hi-5 poster and follow up activities.

• Generating ideas, possibilities and actions: predict possibilities, and identify and test consequences when seeking solutions and putting ideas into action.
